Memorial Day Weekend! - 2009/05/21 18:57
What's everyone got planned to grill for this long weekend?
I'm thinking of grilling the usual burgers, hot dogs, bbq ribs and gunna try out some chicken kabobs.
I'm thinking of trying this for my kabobs

Chicken Kabob Dippers
Ingredients
* 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.), cut into 1-inch pieces * 1 yellow or green pepper, cut into chunks * 1 red onion, cut into chunks * 1 small zucchini, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices * 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise * 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
Directions
1. PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Thread chicken onto four skewers alternately with the vegetables. 2. GRILL 3 to 4 min. on each side or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning frequently. 3. MEANWHILE, mix mayo and barbecue sauce until well blended. Serve with the kabobs for dipping.
