Crocodile meat
Did anyone try crocodile meat? What does it takes like?

re:Crocodile meat
The meat is lean but tasty. I would say it is a combination of rabbit, pork and chicken. The best meat comes from the tail.

Did you try shark meat? Do you think it is good to grill it?

re:Crocodile meat
shark cuts taste like chicken breast with the smell of the ocean, it is a lean dry meat, but great to grill (just like chicken breast). In fact grilling I believe is the best way to have shark (except for the shark fin soup?). You can buy shark in Chinese delicatessens.

Croc meat is really tasty, as mhuhtala suggests, but I would describe it as being a mixture between chicken and fish.
