    Crocodile meat

    Did anyone try crocodile meat? What does it takes like?

    The meat is lean but tasty. I would say it is a combination of rabbit, pork and chicken. The best meat comes from the tail.

    shark cuts taste like chicken breast with the smell of the ocean, it is a lean dry meat, but great to grill (just like chicken breast). In fact grilling I believe is the best way to have shark (except for the shark fin soup?). You can buy shark in Chinese delicatessens.

    Croc meat is really tasty, as mhuhtala suggests, but I would describe it as being a mixture between chicken and fish.

    Ive never ate Croc. but if its anything like Gator its good as lond as it hasnt been cooked too long. It should be cooked to the internal of chicken, I like about 165-170* to be safe. GOOD EATS!!!:evil:

    HMMM never ate that, at least that I know of..:evil: But heck I guess if its cooked right it would be ok, just dont tell me what it is until AFTER I eat it!!:woohoo:
