    Texas Roadhouse Ribs

While in Indiana this past weekend was not able to get up to Chicago for some good Q per Monroe`s suggestion but did stop in Richmond, Indiana and sampled the barbecued baby-back ribs at the Texas Roadhouse which I thought tasted good (although I am a newbie and dont know what they "should" taste like ).
Anybody know how Texas Roadhouse cooks its ribs and if there are better ways to cook them as I hope to venture into barbecuing some ribs in the next couple weeks.

Not sure of their actual cooking technique. They do have about the best restaurant Ribs I`ve tasted (excluding BBQ Joints). Nice texture and great flavor. Very little sauce.
    Still like mine better.

The ribs come into the joint already cooked and sauced. They simply rewarm them.

Everybody selling ribs was simply reheating - one stand-think it was Texas Roadhouse-slathered on the sauce over an open fire just before selling them. They were quite good-at least they were not microwaved.
