    Sushi (Maki) Making Machines for Home use?

    Thinking of getting my mom some sort of sushi maker for the holidays. Easy to use, hopefully automated. A friend told me they sell these in Japan but all I can find here are "mold kits" of some sort. Anybody recommend something?
