Barbecue Checklist

I am going to have a small barbecue for about 8-12 people this weekend in Cincinnati using a traditional Weber grill, and I do this infrequently. If anyone has a checklist [or practical tips] of things that should be done for a simple, nice, enjoyable, barbecue, I would appreciate their input.
