    BBQ V.s Grill

Lots of ppl mix between BBQ and Grill so I think its about time to put things right .

Grill is the BBQ machine, where the meat is roasted.

BBQ is the action itself, like BBQ party. You can't cook anything on the BBQ as it's impossible. You can cook on the grill.

Where I live, BBQ is defined as a slow-cooking process involving indirect heat or a smoker; Grilling is a fast-cooking process using direct (high) heat. For example, I BBQ ribs, but I grill a steak.

A BBQ-Grill (or Grill) is a piece of equipment that can handle both BBQ and Grilling techniques.

Both BBQ and Grilling are great excuses for a party!

Then, of course, you have BBQ: slow-cooked, pulled-pork or beef smothered in a tomate-based sauce piled high on a hamburger bun

    BBQ

You can cook low and slow using direct heat. For example, a Kamado and Big Green Egg are examples of direct cooking equipment that can be used to cook low and slow. The low temps are maintainable due to the extremely good fire control that they offer. Also, a Weber Smokey Mountain (WSM) can cook direct or indirect....whether you use the water pan or not, the fire remains directly under the meat.
