    Raw weight vs cooked weight

Been lurking for quite awhile; enjoy the group. I finally have a question I haven`t seen asked/answered on the group or in the FAQ, so I`m donning my asbestos underwear and jumping in. I`m smoking some meat for a family reunion, about 25 people. I`m going to cook/seal ahead of time so I don`t have to worry about weather that weekend. I`ve seen the yield estimates for pork butt and brisket - can someone tell me what % of raw weight I can expect from a bone-in turkey breast? Also, I`ve never weighed the meat from whole chickens. I`m going to cook some chickens and pull the meat for sandwiches; any estimates on % raw weight of a whole chicken to cooked meat (minus skill & bones).
TIA, and have a brew on me.
