Someone told me about this smoked fish called "Biloxi Bacon".

What kind of fish is it ? recipe ? [/b]

This fish is actually a Mullet.

I ate this smoked Mullet several times and it was great.

Sorry but I don't have any recipe.

Try to goggle for recipe by using "smoked mullet".
