    Has anyone used Bradford Pear wood for smoking? Results?

    Flydog, I wish I don't think we got this here in Israel. But now you mentioned it I'm sure gonna find out (didn't think of it before).

    Wood for Smoking

    I would guess it would be a soft and mellow flavor...like peach or apple. Actually this reminds me its time to head up to the local orchard. They trim the apple, peach and pear trees at the end of november...they let me take all they want.
