I'm a corn lover and used to travel quite a bit. On a little excursion to Neuevo Laredo I noticed a street vendor doing some strange thing to ears of corn. First he would peel the husk back and wipe the silk off, then shove the ear into a gallon jar of mayonaise, pull the husk back up and toss them onto a hot barrel grill(gas,wood,charcoal,whatever) and left them to cook and blacken the husk.
I tried one and it was the BOMB!Try it,you may begin to liking it more than butter;well maybe not more.....:huh: :huh: :huh:
