    From what I have seen, mesquite seems to be readily available, as chips or chunks. Most all of the big chain stores have bags of it. It's too strong tasting for me, I prefer apple and cherry for smoking (but then, I have a friend with an orchard )<br><br>Post edited by: rkb, at: 2008/09/06 14:59

    A really late post,but Heck Yeah, send me ALL you can....I'm a Texas boy lost in Ohio. I'm jonesing for Mesquite.Love that flavor on Brisket...-
