health dept?
I am kicking around about possibly renting my large home built smoker out on weekends that I am not useing it,when I get it done,to try to recoup some of my building expences. My question is..what is required to pass the health dept inspection of my cooker and would I have to have a business licence?

Re:health dept?
Well, I don't know exactly how to answer your question, but in wanna say that smoking is wrong and we have make it stop so that we all can breathe a fresh air and this make all our environment clean. Thanks!

Re:health dept?
:P Well it looks like you got on the wrong site!
I think everyone here likes the smell of sweet smoke coming off of a
bbq smoker. I guess if you dont like it, I would advise you not to come into my neighbor hood while i'm cooking.

Re:health dept?
It depends on the rules in your area. If it is going to be used on site in my area there is no rules against it, but check with your health dept.

On edit. if you deal with the health dept they would want to see a business lic since you are renting the unit out.

Post edited by: jminion, at: 2008/12/13 22:27
