    coaled trout

check this out! the fish tastes great!
prepare trout fish in any rub or marinade you like.
place fish on tin foil sheet, insert spices and sprinkle a little water to keep the most.
Place second tin foil sheet on top and roll on sides, so fish looks like a child's wrapped sweet. place directly on hot briquettes and place a few briquettes on top. Cook for 15 minutes until you can hear the sizzling sound. remove from grill let cool slightly.
open carefully, lots of steam can come out. cool and enjoy.

The best rub for tinned trout like this is butter, lemon juice, honey and cayenne pepper. rub fish with butter after placing on foil, sprinkle with honey and lemon juice and spray pepper powder. cover and wrap in foil and grill on the charcoal directly.
    ready in 25 minutes.

does not only have to be trout! the method is good for other whole fish and even fillet steaks. Lovely smoky aroma.
