Can�t find Brisket

Last moved I relocated to the east coast (Rhode Island) and am having no luck with finding some nice brisket to BBQ. Also where I live there is no butcher. Anyways I have been searching and searching for some brisket with no luck finding any. Is it possible that they called brisket by a different name in these parts? Also does anyone know if you can order brisket from the internet somewhere an

Has anyone ever heard of a �whole pork leg� before? I was in the grocery store the other day and they had one on sale. In my opinion it was nothing more then ham. However I really want to try cooking this but have no experience in doing so. Has anyone on here ever tried one of these before? If yes then do you think I could make pulled pork from it? Any information would be great.

Japanese mayo, especially the Kewpie(pronounced QP) brand, I assume is the Japanese rendition of "cupid". The logo looks like a baby with wings. The taste of Japanese mayo is "eggier". I substitute it with Hellmans or Cains when Japanese mayo is not available. Other brands of mayo do not come anywhere close to kewpie mayo in taste.
Kewpie mayo is available in Japanese or Korean grocery stor

It seems to me that the rice in both restaurant and grocery store sushi around here (MA/NH) seems to be smaller grained than the stuff I use/make at home (Nishiki, Cal-Rose, and some other brand of short-grained rice that escapes me now). Any explanations? (Besides "You`re smokin` dope."

) Any recommendations on brands to use for home-made sushi?
