This weekend I wound up being a little bit busier then I expected and therefore was unable to grill what I wanted to. Today I made some brisket with a great injection made of Olive oil and whisky. I made some nice brisket that I let cool down after and then sliced it up for sandwiches. You can just heat it up afterwards in the microwave and it comes out fairly moist and juicy like I like it. Brisket already trimmed up?

I have been cooking brisket for some time now and was asked by someone to cater an event with my famous brisket recipe. The trouble I have is that I usually cook them untrimmed and now I want to use meat that is already trimmed. Any advice on this cause I am at a complete loss. I need to get some practice in before the job.

I got my hands on a nice 5 pound flat and a 4 pound roast. I think the brisket will take approximately 8 hours to cook. I have read that people wrap brisket in aluminum foil after cooking and then store it in an ice chest. Why? Also I was thinking of trying to smoke some baked beans but have never tried this before. Can someone please help me out?

I am in need of some good advice on smoking a turkey. My situation is that I want to smoke a good sized bird but will not have the time to devote a whole day to doing so. What I was thinking of doing is to smoke it half way, bringing the temperature to about 140 degrees and then putting it into the refrigerator over night. The next day I would then take it out of the fridge and then cook it in

I smoked a turkey after having brined it in a salt-sugar-lemon brine. Having removed it from the brine, I dried the skin under a fan for an hour, drizzled olive oil and finally rubbed on a rub. I let it have 4 hours in the WSM at 250 with apple and mesquite. Pulled when the breast reached 165 and rested for half an hour. In spite of the drying and the rub, the skin came out pretty tough and althou

So you want to barbecue your hard drives, do you? That`s probably the best way to prepare them. Fire up the grill and slather liberally with barbecue sauce. Turn frequently until crisp. Serve with a side of floppy disks, a big bag of RAM chips, and some DIP. Mmmm mmmm delectable!
There`s a buffet of evidence eliminator software out there. A lot of it I`ve seen is free. I can`t believe your

We had friends over Saturday night to grill steaks, and they whipped up the following recipe. *I* wouldn`t eat it because I hate tomatoes, but Hubby said it was quite good, so I thought I`d share their technique:
Large tomato(s), sliced Large onion(s), peeled and sliced Blue cheese Olive Oil Balsamic Vinegar Salt & Pepper
Alternate slices of onion and tomato on serving plate; sprinkle
