Ingredients:
1 cup soy sauce
2 tblsp dry red wine
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
4 salmon steaks
fresh parsley and lemon for garnish
Preparation:
Take a plastic bag and place all ingredients except the fish in it. Shake well to mix.
