I recently bought a new grill. This one has stainless steel grates vs my previous cast iron grates. Is there a specific way to clean them? The instructions, of course, take the safe way out and say to wash them in soap/water after use. Yeah...not gonna happen. Anyway, is my metal brush going to suffice? or should I be using something else?
